| I was feeling just a bit annoyed at this point, and subsequently lost my good manners. I mean, honestly. I was from a completely different culture and English wasn't my first language, and I could at least manage to carry on a linear conversation. "What is? If I were in a better mood, or if I was two years younger, I would feel guilty or fear some sort of negative karma from this. But as things were, I didn't care all that much. | And... with that, I left, bare feet padding along the dirt path. I was going to need to wash them before going to sleep, so that I wouldn't get my bed all muddy. Argh. | |
