"Yep my good old javelin. I don't know why but I find them much better than swords." I said.

"I hate swords." Adriana said and flipped her hair.

"Yeah they never feel quite right compared to my javelins or your instance a dagger."

"Yup."

"Have any powers?" I asked.

"I can summon anything out of Ice or snow."

"Nice. I wasn't given any powers." I sighed "great another reason why to be mad at mother."

He blushed and rubbed her thigh a bit. He continued eating.

"Its okay." Adriana whispered so only Leo could hear. " I dont even like him."
Maybe a little. She thought to herself.

I chewed my bacon in compete silence. I thought of my mother Athena. Throughout my life I've had no contact with her, only a book of the Trojan War left behind. That was it. I sat there Solemn, a pinch of sadness touching my heart. This is what made my anger towards the gods.

"Welt, This ower thing is not your Moms fault. Youre BORN with powers. And secondly, youre more important than us, Really. Because you are a child of the MAJOR gods. Youre a child of Athena. You should know that."

"It's not that it's-it's i have never met her before no contact at all. All I had known for fourteen years is that she ran away leaving us alone and miserable. For gods sakes I never even got to see my dad he was off working all the time... I felt so alone." I said emotions taking over.

"Ya think ANY of us EVER saw their godly parent?" Adriana asked.

"Most has had at least a single contact with their parent." I say.

"No.Not me." Adriana said.

"Hmm that makes two of us." I say.

"Well atleast we have something in common."

"Yeah. Sorry about that, it was building up and I couldn't help but speak my feelings." I said apologetically.

He was listening and cleared his throat a bit. He scratched his arm and finished eating.

"Uhh I got to go...training." I say as the last bit of my meal is eaten. "I guess I will see you guys around. Bye." I walk to the bin and then out of the mess hall.

"Bye." Adriana said.

Leo waved. "Bye.." he looked down and rubbed his arm.

"whats wrong? You didnt talk alot..." Adriana asked and snuggled up against him.

"Hm fine." He nodded and looked around a bit.

"I love you." she said and kissed his nose softly.
