Max looks at her and laughes lightly. "ah I see" He smiles. "You can scare him but please dont hurt him" he said.

She nods and smiles. "Can can too, since he hurt you." I said and looked down.

Max smiles. "Fine fine" he states. He opens his spellbook and flips to some blank pages on the back. He pulled out a pencil and started to draw.

"What are you drawing?" I asked, leaning on his shoulder.

Max drew a small elemental with little fires around it. "Just an elemental I have been working on" He writes some notes on the side of it and continues to draw.

I smiled back nervously and studied the drawings. "What's that one?" I asked pointing.

Max smiled. "Its a serpent I found a couple days after i found you at the river" He said looking at it.

Max quickly looked back down at his book. "Yah elementals, any of element" He stated nervously.

Max smiled "Sure" He muttered a few words and pointed at the ground. A giant rock creature came out of the ground and floated around the ground.

"No problem." I smiled and a tree spontaneously brusted into flames.

Max looked at the tree. "nice power" He looked at it and the rock elemental turned into a wind elemental and blew the fire out. "Your really good" he says looking at her eyes.

"Thanks..so are you." I smiled as I plucked an apple off of the tree we were sitting in. It starts to rot.

Max smiled. He really wanted to stay here like this the whole day but he knew he couldnt. He wanted to ask her out to but he couldnt find the right words. He just started at her somemore.

I smiled and leaned back against the tree trunk and looked up at the sky. I wonder if he liked me....or cared for me as a friend. "So hm....."
