Powers (optional): Can create tidal waves about 6-7 feet tall twice a day (if in a suitable place, e.g. Lake, Beach etc.) Has general control over water, the more water he tries to control, the harder it is, for instance, an entire lake would involve his complete concentration, a small puddle would be effortless. Can communicate with animals of the sea(and horses) in his mind. Can breath underwater, can see clearly underwater and doesn't get wet unless he wishes too. Can cause small earthquakes when extremely angry, it is accidental and will near enough knock him out or actually knock him out.
Fatal Flaw: His horrible temper.

RP Example: Sean walked down onto the beach. He placed down his towel and his other gear on the sand, and trotted off towards the sea. It was deserted, and it was beautiful. Sean loved to come here at this time of night. He felt, at home almost. He liked the sea, it was ever so calming.
Biography: Sean was abandoned at birth. His mother died in a car crash. She was driving drunk and high. She was a succesful swimwear model who had let fame get to her head. Sean was taken into care at the age of 9. His new foster parents were a gay couple. Sean was bullied in school because of this and it lead to him flipping out and beating one child within an inch of death. He spent 3 years, from the age of 13 in a young person's jail. When he was released, he was taken back into care. Within a couple of days, he was fostered again by a different couple, who were straight. He lived with them until he was 17, when they died, again in a car crash. In a dream the night after, Sean saw his mother who explained who he was and gave him instructions on how to get to Camp Half Blood. He arrived a week later.
